Please note that each hat is handmade by Lisa and therefore unique. All orders are made to measure, packaged and delivered according to current waitlist, usually around 4 weeks. However, Lisa will do her best to accommodate any urgent orders.
To confirm a bespoke order an initial non-refundable deposit of 50% will be taken. The final balance will be due on completion of the order. Any subsequent alterations to the agreed design may alter the final cost.
We do not offer a return policy for bespoke orders.

HAT CARE
Ideally avoid exposing your hat to extreme moisture, heat and humidity. Should your hat be exposed to excessive moisture, always allow it to dry naturally at room temperature to avoid risk of shrinking.
Felts can be kept clean by brushing with a soft brush in an anti-clockwise direction (except for underside of brim which you brush clockwise)
Straws can become brittle over time so can be gently spritzed occasionally with water. Ideally handle the hat by the brim to avoid damaging the crown should it become brittle.
Each bespoke Taylor Red piece is made to be worn and enjoyed, and with the right care will last you a lifetime!
